The Change Management Committee (CMC) is the emanation of the Inter-ministerial Project Preparation Team (IPPT); established during project preparatory stage. It will provide technical advice both to the Steering Committee as well as to the Project Management Unit (PMU). Aside from staff of FMWR it will include representatives of the following institutions: Federal Ministry of Finance, Federal Ministry of Environment, Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Federal Ministry of Power, Sokoto Rima River Basin Development Authority, Hadejia-Jama’are River Basin Development Authority, and the Upper Benue River Basin Development Authority.
