The Dadin Kowa Irrigation Scheme is the only project under the Upper Benue River Basin Development Authority under the TRIMING intervention. It is located in Dadin Kowa, Dadin Kowa Local Government Area of Gombe State with project office at Dadin Kowa town. Its source of water is the Dadin Kowa Dam, which has been built since 1989 to provide hydropower, irrigation, and water supply to the state.
