The Upper Benue River Basin Development Authority was also established in 1976 to coordinate various projects under the Upper Benue River Basin. The only TRIMING Project site under this RDBA is the Dadin Kowa Irrigation Scheme, the Guyuk Irrigation in the Gombe and Adamawa States respectively.
