The Federal Republic of Nigeria (hereinafter the Recipient) will implement the Sustainable Power and Irrigation for Nigeria Project (the Project), with the involvement of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Power, and the relevant Ministry at the State level , as set out in the Financing Agreement. The Association has agreed to provide financing for the Project, as set out in the referred agreement.
